Genevieve Cardona, DNP, FNP-BC
Genny Cardona was born in Hobbs, New Mexico and attended New Mexico Junior College where she focused on chemistry. In 1999, she moved to Albuquerque, where she attended the University of New Mexico and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a minor in Biology in 2007. That same year, Genny became a Registered Emergency Department Nurse at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center where she was certified as a trauma nurse and a preceptor for nursing students. During this time, she was also enrolled at the University of Arizona, earning her Masters in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner Emphasis. Upon graduation in 2013, Genny began her Certified Nurse Practitioner career with Dr. Roland Sanchez in Belen, New Mexico.
In 2015, Genny came to Family Medicine, PC to work with Dr. William G. Henderson. In 2016, Genny earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with Family Nurse Practitioner Speciality. Upon Dr. Henderson's retirement in early 2020, Genny took over as President of Family Medicine, PC.
Genny's certifications include: Certified Medical Examiner for Commercial Drivers, State of New Mexico Board of Nursing APRN Certified Nurse Practitioner, ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Sigma Theta Tu International Honor Society Member.
In her spare time, Genny enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, ballet, reading and yoga — she's a certified yoga instructor.
In 2015, Genny came to Family Medicine, PC to work with Dr. William G. Henderson. In 2016, Genny earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with Family Nurse Practitioner Speciality. Upon Dr. Henderson's retirement in early 2020, Genny took over as President of Family Medicine, PC.

Kathleen Kraft, FNP-BC
Born in St. Louis Missouri, Kathleen received her Masters in nursing from West Texas A&M. She loves practicing medicine and believes in encouraging her patients to engage in self care and help whenever needed. Practicing medicine for over 30 years, Kathleen has had diverse training and experience that she applies every day in patient care.

Jenise Rancher, FNP-BC
A member of the Family Medicine, PC family since 2020, Jenise knew she wanted to be a medical provider since she was 5 years old. Due to life circumstances, she took a roundabout road through 14 years of nursing to become a nurse practitioner. Having seen how lifestyle can affect health and health can affect lifestyle - her goal for her patients is to achieve the highest level of health desired. This is different for each individual patient, so Jenise collaborates closely with her patients to develop empathetic, individualized plans that take their lifestyle and goals into account in order to achieve their unique goals. She also has an ability to work both within the realm of western medicine, and natural medicine based on her patients' preference.
Away from work, Jenise is the mother of 4 children ranging from 19 months to 19 years old. She enjoys working in her yard and on her house with her husband. She also enjoys anything outdoors (as long as it isn’t too hot) and she loves anything to do with water (swim, fish, play, hiking etc.).

Jennifer Duffy, FNP-BC
Jennifer Duffy was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she attended Grand Canyon University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program and graduated in March 2021. Prior to obtaining her Master's degree, she attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked as a licensed inpatient and outpatient oncology nurse for 12 years, as well as in the emergency room at Presbyterian hospital.
Jennifer is passionate about healthcare. She believes in healthcare that focuses on prevention and dedicates the time needed for her patients. She has a young family that enjoys rock climbing and being outdoors during their spare time.

Ashlea Lucero, FNP-BC
Ashlea Lucero is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2017 after completing her bachelor's degree at New Mexico State University. Starting in Emergency Medicine, she developed a deep understanding of patient needs, medical conditions, and the importance of empathy in healthcare before pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing at the University of St. Augustine, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ashlea is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Her approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. She listens carefully to her patients’ concerns, works with them to create personalized treatment plans, and emphasizes prevention and health promotion. Ashlea strives to empower patients through education and collaboration, aiming to help them achieve optimal health and well-being.
When Ashlea is not working, she is spending quality time with her husband, kids, family, and friends.

Jennifer was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She completed her undergraduate degree at Capella University and received her Nurse Practitioner Degree from Grand Canyon University. Jennifer has over 20 years of medical experience and has a diverse background in various medical fields ranging from cardiology to neurology. Jennifer is constantly refining her skills and stays up to date with the latest medical research. Jennifer has a firm belief that care should always be individualized for each patient. Jennifer chose to practice family medicine because she thrives helping people live their healthiest lives and is a strong patient advocate. Jennifer has a commitment to empower patients to actively participate in their own health to be the best version of themselves.
When Jennifer is not working you can find her spending time with her husband, children, family and friends, watching baseball games, traveling, and camping.

Stephanie was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from UNM with a degree in criminology in 1999. She started working as a receptionist at Family Medicine, PC in 2000 and was able to leverage her analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities which were invaluable in ensuring smooth operation of the front office.
Over time, Stephanie's commitment to excellence, keen organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals caught the attention of company leadership. Her education played a crucial role in developing a strategic mindset, understanding organizational behavior, and maintaining ethical standards, all of which contributed to her growth within Family Medicine, PC.
